Three cell lithium polymer rechargeable with on-board fuel gauging.

Charging:

May be charged in Cox Box or in NK Battery Charger. Charging time from fully drained to fully charged: 6 hours. Charge will be retained in a charged pack for 4 weeks stored outside of the Cox Box or Blue Ocean Megaphone.

Capacity:

930 mAh, 10.3 Wh. Performance capacity varies greatly with volume and quantity of speech as well as number of speakers. 3 hours expected in Cox Box with 3/4 volume, talking 50% of the time, using 3 speakers.  As much as 10 hours with more intermittent use, such as with Blue Ocean Megaphone.

Life Expectancy:

Number of lifetime charge cycles depends on many factors, including depth of charge/discharge and operating and charging temperatures. As a guideline, packs can be expected to provide approximately three years of useful life (75% or better of original capacity) when employed 6 days a week, seven months of the year.
