We just wanted to get in touch with our whole community to thank you for your support this year whether as a customer, member of our online community, newsletter subscriber or social media follower.
The challenges of 2020 have affected each and everyone one of us. From a rowing point of view this has meant many of you having to give up what you love for periods of time in order to control the virus, protect the NHS and save lives. One of the things we have missed most this year is attending regattas and our thoughts go out to all of you who haven't been able to race this year whether at a local club regatta right the way up to the Olympic Games.
However, we are extremely proud to have been able to help keep the UK rowing community on the water where possible during times of restrictions through our partner brands especially our key suppliers WinTech Racing & Nielsen-Kellerman. We are truly thankful and excited to welcome so many new customers this year.
Our team has been touched by the messages we have received and the reviews you have left for us online. Kind words have lifted our spirits as we have worked hard to rise to the challenge the pandemic has placed on us as a rowing business and continuing to maintain the high standards of customer service our customers have become used to over the past 30 years we have been in business.
Today we will be closing the office during the Christmas period in order to give our team a well earned break and will be reopening again on 4th January. Any orders placed over the break will be dispatched from then.
We wish, from our family to yours, every health and happiness this Christmas and we look forward to helping you rise to the challenges that 2021 may bring!
