How It Works

1. The trade-in value is issued as a refund to the original payment method used for your replacement order.
2. When placing your order, simply select the option confirming you have a product to trade in.
3. As we process your order we will send you instructions on how to send us back your old item. You will have 30 days to do this. 
4. Once we receive your old item we will process a refund to your original payment method which will take 3-5 workings days,

Terms & Conditions

• You can only trade in an item and receive a credit if the item is within the same product family and of equal or greater value. (e.g. trade in a SpeedCoach Gold towards a SpeedCoach GPS 2).
• One trade-in credit per purchased item.
• All traded-in items must be sent to Oarsport within 30 days.
• All traded-in items are retained by Oarsport.
• Trade-ins cannot be used on products that are currently on sale.
