Our Repair Process
We are an NK Sports authrorised repair centre and can service and repair your equipment.
If you are having an issue with your product (s) please follow the process to book a service or repair. If your item is covered under it's original 2 year manufacturers warranty then your repair or placement will be free of charge.
For items no longer covered under warranty there will be a £20 inspection fee to diagnose the problem and quote for a repair. You will then be able to choose whether you would like to proceed with the repair, have us return your products or trade them in for discounts off new products.
1. Complete The Form
Complete the form below so we have all the details we need to proceed with the repair.
2. Send Us Your Product
Post your product to us using our returns portal and include your name and email in the parcel so can cross reference with your details.
3. Inspection
We will take a look at your product and be in touch with a quotation or proceed with the repair based on your request in the form.
4. Return Your Products
We will send link for you to make payment online. Once payment has been received we will post your repaired product back to you.

How Much Does A Repair Cost?
The price of each repair can vary depending on the work that needs carrying out and the parts that may need replacing. We quote for once we receive the item(s). To give you a ball park idea typical repair costs are approximately:

Where do I send my product?
Parcels should be sent to Oarsport Ltd, Unit 20, Wilford Ind Est, Ruddington Lane, Wilford, Nottingham, NG11 7EP. You can do this via our returns portal.
What happens next?
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your product(s). We will then either repair your products or provide you with a quote to repair them depending on your request. If your product cannot be repaired or serviced in the manner requested, or we have questions about the problem you have described, we will be in touch by phone or email.

Is there a warranty on repairs carried out?
All repairs carry a 90-day warranty, which begins the day the repaired item is shipped back to the customer. In addition, replacement parts installed as part of a repair carry a one-year warranty. Repaired products will continue to be covered by their normal warranty or by this extended repair warranty, whichever is longer.
