This refundable damage deposit is required when borrowing a rowing electronic unit (such as a SpeedCoach, CoxBox, or NK device) from Oarsport. The deposit ensures the safe return of the equipment and will be fully refunded once the unit is returned in good working condition.
Terms of the Damage Deposit:

The deposit is fully refundable upon the safe return of the loan unit.

The device must be returned undamaged, in full working order, and with all accessories supplied (e.g., charger, mount, cables).

Any loss, damage, or missing parts may result in a partial or full deduction from the deposit.

The refund will be processed within 3–5 working days of the unit being checked by our team.

If the unit is not returned within the agreed loan period, the deposit may be forfeited.
Will the customer get the deposit back?
Yes — the customer will receive a full refund of the deposit, provided the unit is returned on time and in the same condition it was loaned out.
